Effects of DHYZ on H2O2-induced ROS production. DHYZ and H2O2 treated PC12 cells were stained with DCFH-DA, observed under a fluorescence microscope (× 200) (A), detected by fluorescence microplate reader and expressed as fold of non-treated normal group (B).
