SK-N-SH cells and HS68 cells were treated with NCP-PAM and the change in intracellular ROS level was confirmed. SK-N-SH cells and HS68 cells were treated with NCP-PAM for plasma non-treat, 1 min, 3 min, and 5 min, and incubated for 0 h (immediately after treatment), 0.5 h, 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, and then intracellular ROS level was measured.
