Effects of luteolin on the expressions of IL-6 and AKT activation in M-HS and H292 cells. (A-B) M-HS cells were exposed to LPS (1 µg/mL) and luteolin (1 µM and 5 µM) for 24 h. The mRNA expression levels of IL-6 and secretory levels of IL-6 were examined by qPCR and ELISA. (C) M-HS cell was exposed to LPS (1 µg/mL) and luteolin (1µM and 5µM) for 1 h. The expression levels of p-p65 were measured by western blot. (D) Quantification of p-p65. (E) H292 cells were exposed to EGF (50ng/mL) and luteolin (1µM and 5µM) for 24 h.
