Each bar graph shows the wound closure area (%) of MCF-7 in each treatment. MCF-7 cells were incubated with CAEO at IC₂₀ concentrations for 6, 12 and 24 h. Wound areas were measured at each time point and expressed as a percentage of reduction area in comparison with 0 h of incubation. The percentages of wound closure were statistically compared.
