Each bar graph shows apoptotic cells (%) by flow cytometry after incubation with CAEO. K562 cells were treated with CAEO at the concentrations of 10, 15, 20 and 30 µg/mL and stained with annexin V-FITC/propidium iodide (PI). The percentage of apoptotic cells in each treatment was statistically compared with cell and vehicle controls. Each bar represents mean ± SD of three independent experiments performed in triplicate.
