BMGLS reduces expression of the mucus-stimulating enzyme ALOX15. Gene expression (A) and protein expression (B) of ALOX15 in NHBE ALI cultures treated with BMGLS for 3 weeks. ALOX15 and beta ACT were shown in two individual grouped western blots with exposure time of 280ms. Full-length blots are included in the Supplementary Information.
