Legend: COM = chemotherapy and/or hormone therapy and/or surgery and/or radiotherapy, start with MT=patients started with MT with or without a combination of any type of COM therapies, start with COM = patients started with any type of COM therapy and complemented or continued with MT later in the course of disease, see Table 3. Note that logarithmic scaling was used for the time interval. If linear scaling were used, the values for the distribution characteristics would be indistinguishable due to skewed distributions toward short time spans
