Quantification of ROS production in C2C12 myoblasts incubated with PA, in the absence or presence of treatment with Ut extract. The samples were evaluated by fluorescence spectroscopy, at λexcitation = 485 nm and λemission = 528 nm. The ROS formation was measured in fluorescence arbitrary units (FAU) and expressed as the percentage considering the number of viable cells in each sample, in relation to the control.
