Effect of the Ut aqueous extract on palmitate-induced DNA fragmentation in C2C12 myoblasts. The cells were treated with the 250 μg/ml Ut extract in the preventive or therapeutic conditions, for 2 or 6 h, and incubated with 100 or 500 μM PA, for 24 h. 10.000 events were acquired per sample.
