Effect of the Ut aqueous extract against the PA cytotoxicity in C2C12 myoblasts. Cultures were treated with the 250 μg/ml Ut extract in the preventive condition, for 2 or 6 h, and incubated with PA in different concentrations, for 24 h. Cell viability was assessed using the MTT method.
