Effects of the crude extract (BTL) and compound 8 from the leaves of Bauhinia thonningii, and doxorubicin on apoptosis in CCRF-CEM cells after 24 h treatment. Q1-LL: viable cells with annexin V (-)/PI (-) stain; Q1-LR: early apoptotic cells with annexin ( +)/PI (-) stain; Q1-UR and Q1-UL: late apoptotic cells or necrotic cells with annexin V ( +)/PI ( +) or annexin V (-)/PI ( +) stains.
