Antioxidant activity of TFE. Free radical scavenging ability was determined by the (A) DPPH and (B) ABTS assays. Sterile distilled water was used as a control. Ferric-reducing ability was detected by the T-AOC Assay Kit (FRAP). Different concentrations of (C) Trolox were used as a positive control. Results are presented as mean ± S.D. (n = 3)
