AL extract increases the expression of cell cycle regulatory genes by activating ERK1/2 in HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were treated with the indicated concentration of AL extract. Total protein was used for Western blot analysis, and cDNA from total mRNA was used for qRT-PCR. A Phosphorylated forms of p38, ERK1/2, JNK, ERK5, and AKT were detected.
