Possible mechanisms responsible for PSS and/or PL treatment in BC cell lines. HER2, EGFR, MDM2, TNFα, PI3KCA, KRAS, BAX, and CASP8 (red letters) were observed in mRNA expression, they are related to cell survival, cell proliferation, apoptosis, or inflammation process (blue letters). EGFR, MDM2, TNFα, and PI3KCA revealed as common targeted genes of PSS and PL exposure shown in bold red letter. Moreover, the cascading genes of TNFα in BC growth suppression should be explored.
