Effect of 8-MNA on glucose uptake in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Cells matured in the presence of DMSO (0.1%), 8-MNA (1 and 10 μM), or pioglitazone (Pio, 1 μM) for 5 days were incubated in KRPH buffer containing 2-deoxyglucose (2-DG) in combination with vehicle (Veh) or insulin (0.1 μM) for 30 min.
