FJE + PVE protects against cytokine-induced inflammation in ARPE-19 cells. ARPE-19 cells were pretreated with 5 ng/ml of IL-6 + TNF-α for 2 h and then FJE was added (10, 20, and 30 ng/ml) and cells were incubated for 6 h. Expressions of IL-6 (A) and IL-8 (B) in ARPE-19 cells were measured using the ELISA Ready-Set-Go kit. ARPE-19 cells were pretreated with 5 ng/ml of IL-6 + TNF-α for 2 h and then FJE + PVE was added (10, 20, and 30 ng/ml) and the cells were incubated for 6 h.
