ELCM ameliorated scopolamine-induced memory deficits in the novel object recognition test. ELCM (150, 300 and 600 mg/kg), donepezil (DNZ, 5 mg/kg) and scopolamine (1 mg/kg) were administered to mice. The results for the object preference ratio (A) and discrimination ratio (B) are provided. Data are presented as the means ± S.E.M.
