The effect of diosmin on the levels of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related proteins in HK-2 cells induced by high glucose. A-E. The protein and mRNA expressions of glucose regulated protein 78 (GRP78) and C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP) in HK-2 cells were detected by western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). β-actin was used as a housekeeping gene. The results were expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (SD) of three independent experiments. Compared with the control group, ** p < 0.01. Compared with the high glucose group, # p < 0.05 and ## p < 0.01
