Fruitflow inhibited platelet spreading on immobilized fibrinogen. Washed platelets were incubated with FF (100 μg/ml) for 5 min, and then collagen (1 μg/ml) was added for 10 min. Cells were then placed on fibrinogen-covered slide wells for 1 h, stained with Phalloidin-iFluor 555 for 1 h, and observed under a fluorescence microscope. The control group was treated with PBS.
