Fruitflow decreased TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF levels in ADP- and collagen-activated platelets. Platelet-rich plasma was treated with various doses of FF and aspirin for 5 min. Adenosine diphosphate or collagen was then added to induce platelet activation.
