Effects of PLM on total cell number in the thymus, PEC, and PBMC. Mice were pretreated with KRG (100 mg/mL) or PLM (100, and 200 mg/mL) orally for 5 weeks. Moreover, all mice except normal mice were stimulated with 10% PP treated 3 days before the sacrifice and 2% starch treated 2 days before the sacrifice.
