Matrine inhibited DLBCL cells via CaMKIIγ/c-Myc/CDK pathway. a-b SU-DHL-16 and OCI-LY3 cells were treated with 1.76 mM and 4.1 mM matrine for 48 h, respectively, and followed by western blot for p-CaMKIIγ (Thr287), CaMKIIγ, p-c-Myc (Ser62), c-Myc, CDK6 and CDK4 antibodies. GAPDH was used as loading control. Full-length blots are presented in Supplementary Figure 5. c-d The relative intensities of target proteins were normalized to those of loading control.
