From: Tanshinone IIA combined with CsA inhibit myocardial cell apoptosis induced by renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in obese rats

Tanshinone IIA (TIIA) + cyclosporine A (CsA) improved the cardiac function, myocardial enzyme, and inflammatory factor after renal ischemia-reperfusion (IR). Rats were pre-treated with TIIA alone or in combination with CsA followed by removing the right kidney and clamping of the left renal artery for 30 min and reperfusion for 24 h. Sham rats were used as control. Cardiac function (b), myocardial enzyme (c), and inflammatory factor (d) were evaluated under different groups. Data are shown as mean ± SD. *p < 0.05 versus sham group, #p < 0.05 versus IR (obese) group, △p < 0.05 versus TIIA group, ▲p < 0.05 versus CsA group
