HQT-medicated serum ameliorates Free Fatty Acid-Induced L02 hepatocyte endoplasmic reticulum stress by regulating the activation of PKC-δ. HQT-medicated serum can downregulate the expression of ERS-related signaling molecules, so that effectively protected against hepatocytes from the FFA-induced steatosis and improved its functional status. HQT-medicated serum can inhibit the activating of PKC-δ in L02 cells to maintain intracellular calcium homeostasis, thus relieving the FFA-induced ERS and its lipid accumulation and insulin resistance. ↑: up-regulation; ↓: down-regulation
