Effects of FEN1 expression on BGC823’s resistance to 5-Fu. FEN1 was (a) overexpressed in BGC823(the overexpression vector was pIRESneo2-FEN1–3 x C-myc) or (b) knocked-down in BGC823/5-Fu cells. The expression level of FEN1 was determined by Western blot analysis using anti-FEN1 antibody. FEN1 over expression in BGC823 cells caused increased resistance to 5-Fu (c).
