Effect of PF-GPD on LPS-stimulated iNOS (a) and COX-2 (b) expression in RAW 264.7 cells. Cells pretreated with indicated concentrations of PF-GPD for 6 h were stimulated without or with 1 μg/mL of LPS for 24 h. The expressions of iNOS, COX-2 and β-actin proteins were detected by Western Blot using corresponding antibodies. ##P < 0.01 compared with untreated group; *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 compared with the LPS group
