Effect of phoyunnanin E on epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT): Cells were treated with various concentrations of phoyunnanin E (0–10 μM) for 48 h. Cell morphology was examined under a fluorescence microscope (a). Cells treated with phoyunnanin E were subjected to western blotting, and the expression levels of N-cadherin, E-cadherin, vimentin, slug and snail were determined. To confirm equal loading of the samples, the blots were reprobed with a GAPDH antibody (b). The immunoblot signals were quantified by densitometry (c).
