PM21 was orally administered daily after overnight fasting for 3 days to three test groups at the doses of 75 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg, and 300 mg/kg, and aspirin was administered to positive control group at the dose of 50 mg/kg. Blood was collected 1 h after the final treatment. Platelet aggregation was induced by adding 5 μg/mL collagen and terminated after 5 min.
