From: Herbal formula SC-E1 suppresses lipopolysaccharide-stimulated inflammatory responses through activation of Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway in RAW 264.7 macrophages

Fig. 6

Effects of SC-E1 on the NF-κB activation in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. a Western blotting showed the protein level of p-NF-κB p65 was increased by treating naïve cells with LPS, but that SC-E1 pretreatment inhibited this LPS-induced increase. β-actin was used as a loading control. Each experiment conducted for 3 repeats per conditions. (Significant compared to the control, ### p < 0.001, significant compared to LPS alone, ***p < 0.001.) b NF-κB activation was assessed immunocytochemically. The image shows the nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 macrophages compared to the controls. SC-E1 (300 μg/ml) pretreatment inhibited the LPS-induced nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65
