Effects of SC-E1 on the expression of iNOS and COX-2 in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Western blotting showed that the protein levels of iNOS (a) and COX-2 (b) were considerably higher in the LPS-treated RAW 264.7 macrophages than in the controls. SC-E1 pretreatment reduced the LPS-induced increases in iNOS protein levels. β-actin was used as an internal control. Each experiment conducted for 3 repeats per conditions. (Significant compared to the control, ## p < 0.01 and ### p < 0.001, significant compared to LPS alone, *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01)
