The effects of KT 5720, KT 5823, and NG-nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA) on resveratrol-induced relaxation in the human gallbladder. KT 5720 (1 μM) had no significant effect on resveratrol-induced relaxation of human gallbladder muscle strips (p > 0.05, n = 6). In contrast, L-NNA (100 μM) and KT 5823 (1 μM) exerted significant inhibitory effects on resveratrol-induced relaxation of human gallbladder muscle strips (p < 0.05, n = 6).
