Viscum, TT and viscumTT inhibit proliferation without early cytotoxicity in 143B and Saos-2 cells. Early cytotoxicity was analyzed via LDH release into the culture medium (a). Proliferation was examined by CASY® Cell Counter (b) and WST-1 assay (c). All results are presented as percentage of untreated control (Ctrl). Control cells were set to 100%. Means ± SD are shown. Mistletoe lectin (ML) and oleanolic acid (OA) concentrations were used as a measure of viscum and TT active agent extract concentration. (p ≤ 0.05, n ≥ 3, *Fp > 1 = synergism)
