Induction of apoptosis in human colorectal cancer cells after treatment with MF by flow cytometric analysis. Colorectal cancer cell lines SW1116 and SW837 were treated with MF (1.0 and 1.5 mM) for 24 h. Cells were double stained with annexin V and FITC and analyzed by flow cytometry.
