COE treatment for 24 h inhibited the adhesion, invasion and migration of (a) U87 and (b) U251 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Cell migration and invasion were assessed after 24 h incubation by transwell assay. The cell adhesion ability was performed by the cell adhesion assay.
