HemoHIM-treated BMDCs induced the activation of CD8⁺ T cells derived from C57BL/6 OT-1 mice. CD8⁺ T cells were stained with CFSE and co-cultured for 48 h with C57BL/6-derived BMDCs that were treated with LPS (1 μg/ml) or HemoHIM (100 μg/ml). The proliferation of CD8⁺ T cells was assessed by flow cytometry.
