(A) Western blot of β-catenin, COX-2, p53 and PCNA expression on SW480 and HCT116 exposed to 0, 10, 12 mg/mL SBS. The expression levels of these proteins were reduced in a dose-dependent manner. Semiquantitive analysis of these proteins is showed in Tables 4 and 5. (B) Western blot of E-cad, N-cad, Vimentin and Snail expression on SW480 and HCT116 exposed to 0, 10, 12 mg/mL SBS. The expression levels of N-cad, Vimentin and Snail were reduced in a dose-dependent manner, while E-cad was increased in a dose-dependent manner.
