Legend: In order to describe the area of AuRP using IRT, patients’ temperature reaction was isolated (grey pictures). TrPs-positive cases are presented in rows I-III, non-TrPs case in row IV. In columns (a)-(c), pre-DN (initial) state, post-DN state, and post-observation state are presented, respectively. TrPs-positive cases (I-II) felt pain radiating to the calf and case III – to the foot. The thermograms presented short-term vasodilatation in the area where DN provoked pain during the procedure. Color differences (case I-III) reflected ranging skin temperature and have no relevant impact.
