The effect of fulvic acid (FA) on cell viability of human primary and U937 monocytes. Human primary monocytes (A) and U937 cells (B) were cultured with the indicated concentrations of FA and incubated at 37°C in a 96-well plate for 24 h. Cell viability was evaluated as described in the “Methods Section”, and is expressed as a percentage of the control cells (CL). Values are expressed as the mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM) of three individual experiments.
