Effect of EBT on the serum IgE level and cytokine response of splenocytes. (A) Eighteen hours after the final challenge, blood was collected by cardiac puncture to measure the serum IgE. (B-F) The splenocytes were isolated and cultured in medium with OVA (50 μg/ml). Supernatants were collected after 72 h. The protein levels of IL-4, IL-5, IL-10, and IL-13 were determined by ELISA.
