  1. Each group of mice (n=5) was treated orally with 600 mg/Kg GBT for 14 days. The levels of GOT, GPT, ALP, LDH, BUN, and CRE were analyzed to confirm the cytotoxic effects of GBT. Data are expressed as mean ± S.D.
