Expression of eNOS and iNOS mRNA in HUVECs following H 2 O 2 and allicin treatment. (A) Levels of eNOS and iNOS mRNA were determined by reverse transcription PCR following 12 h treatment with H2O2 and/or allicin as indicated. GADPH was used as an internal control. Each PCR product (5 μL) was separated on a 1.0% agarose gel. (B) Changes in eNOS mRNA expression were verified by real-time quantitative PCR.
