Second phase (25–40 min) for reactivity time to the intraplantar application of formalin (formaldehyde 1.2% in PBS) in the hind paw of mice previously treated i.p. (30 min) with control vehicle (10 ml/kg i.p.), morphine (10 mg/kg i.p.), indomethacin (10 mg/kg i.p.), or fraction (30, 100, and 300 mg/kg).
