  1. aThe different cell lines were incubated with increasing concentrations of AVO-b (0.0 to 20.0 μg/mL) for 24 h. after incubations, the cell viability was assessed by MTT assay. The IC50 values were determined by using non-linear regression analysis of GraphPad Prism 5 software.
