Effects of baicalin on renal function and histology 24 h after renal IRI. (A) Serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen concentrations were significantly higher in the IR + saline than in the sham group. Pretreatment with 10 or 100 mg/kg baicalin dose-dependently inhibited renal dysfunction after renal IRI. (B) Baicalin amelioration of histological damage after IRI.
