Effects of MAE on LPS-stimulated nitrite and PGE ₂ production in RAW 264.7 cells. The productions of nitrite (A) and PGE₂ (B) was measured using the culture supernatant from cells co-treated with MAE (1, 10, or 100 μg/mL) and LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h. L-NMMA (10 and 100 μM) and indomethacin (0.2 and 2 ng/mL) were used as positive control drugs.
