Figure 3 represents the bar chart showing VCAM-1 (A), ICAM-1 (B) and E-selectin (C) mRNA expression in control, AEPS, H₂O₂ and AEPS + H₂O₂ groups. HUVECs treated with H₂O₂ showed a significantly higher level of ICAM-1 mRNA expression. The H₂O₂-induced ICAM-1 mRNA expression was significantly down regulated by AEPS.
