Cytotoxic effects of different concentrations of PSC total, methanolic and chloroform fruit extracts on cell viability in HepG2 liver cells. Cells were treated with different concentrations (5, 50, 100, 250 and 500 ug/ml) of PSC-FEs for 24 h and cell viability was determined and expressed as a percentage relative to the vehicle group.
