Effects of baicalein on the entry and adsorption stages of ZIKV infection. A549 cells were pre-treated with 100 µM baicalein for 1, 3, or 6 h (-1, -3, -6) before infection, or co-treated during infection. Cells were infected with MOI 1 of ZIKV and then infected cells were incubated for 24 h.
