Virus inactivation activity of baicalein. Stock ZIKV was directly incubated with baicalein at final concentrations of 100, 250, and 500 µM or with an equivalent percentage of vehicle control at 37 ^ºC for 1, 3, or 6 h before titer was determined by plaque assay.
