From: Mechanisms of action of Fu Fang Gang Liu liquid in treating condyloma acuminatum by network pharmacology and experimental validation

Fig. 6

Fu Fang Gang Liu liquid (FFGL) inhibits the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/Akt) pathway. A We extracted the transcripts per kilobase million values of PI3K- and Akt-related genes from the RNA sequencing results and observed that the expression of most genes was reduced. B C Cells were treated with FFGL (160 μg/mL) for 12 h, and the expression of PI3K and Akt proteins was analyzed by western blotting. β-Actin was used as an internal control. D Cells were treated with FFGL (80 μg/mL) with various concentrations of 740 Y-P for 48 h. Cell viability was measured using the cell-counting kit 8 assay. Data are presented as the mean ± standard error of the mean (n  =  3). * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01, *** P < 0.005, **** P < 0.001 represent significant differences compared with the values in the untreated control group
